FAQ

Questions photographers ask before ordering.

What do I pay, and when?

The editor is free. You pay when you order, per album: $200, $250 or $300 depending on size, with 20 pages, any of the three covers, engraving and tracked shipping included. Extra spreads and the clamshell case are the only add-ons.

Can I set my own price for my client?

Yes. What you charge your client is yours to decide and is handled outside the platform. Your clients never see our prices.

How does client approval work?

You create a private link, your client flips through every spread and approves it. Approval locks the layout. You can reopen it before you order.

How many photographs fit in 20 pages?

Between sixty and a hundred, depending on how many full-bleed images you want. 20 pages is 10 spreads. Extra spreads are $15 for 20 × 20, $20 for 25 × 25 and $25 for 30 × 30 cm, up to 40 spreads.

Which cover materials can I choose?

Fabric, leather or wood. All three are included in the price, at every size. Engraving of names, a date or a line of text is included too.

What image quality do I need?

We aim for 150 dpi at print size or better. The editor warns about any photograph that would print below that and lets you replace it or keep it.

Which countries do you ship to?

The United States and Canada. Shipping is tracked and included. Import duties and customs charges, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.

How long does it take?

30 to 45 calendar days from payment, production and shipping together. There is no express tier, so start about two months before your client’s date.

Can anything change after I pay?

No. Once the order is paid it goes to production and cannot be changed or canceled for a change of mind or an error in the approved design. This does not limit your legal rights if the album is defective or not delivered.

Will the printed colours match my screen?

A screen preview is a guide to the layout, not a certified colour proof. Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so brightness, colour and contrast can differ. We reproduce your files without individual editing.

What if an album arrives damaged?

Damage in transit or a printing fault is ours. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we arrange a replacement or another remedy.

Which photo formats can I upload?

JPEG, PNG, TIFF and WebP, up to 50 MB each. HEIC from an iPhone is not supported yet: export it as JPEG first.
