Guide

Selling the album to your client.

You pay us per album and charge your client whatever you decide. Our prices never appear in front of them.

Show, do not describe

The easiest way to sell an album is to show it. Build the draft before you talk about price, and send the client link. They flip through the spreads on their phone, exactly as they would be printed.

Set your own price

Your cost is the base price for the size you choose, plus any extra spreads and the clamshell case. Cover material, engraving and tracked shipping are included. Everything above that is yours, and you collect payment from your client in your usual way.

Offer it at the right moment

  • At booking, as part of a package that includes an album credit.
  • At delivery, with a ready draft attached to the gallery.
  • Months later, as a second album: a family session turns into a book of the year.

How many photographs fit in an album

Between sixty and a hundred, depending on how many full-bleed images you want. Here is how to count.

How client approval works

The client sees the album, says yes, and the layout is locked. Nothing changes between the yes and the print.
