Guide
How client approval works.
The client sees the album, says yes, and the layout is locked. Nothing changes between the yes and the print.
The link
After you finish the layout, create a private link. Your client opens it without an account and flips through every spread. The link shows previews of the album, not your original files, and does not show prices.
The approval
The client types their name and approves. From that moment the layout is locked: photographs cannot be moved, added or removed. You can still choose the cover, the engraving and the case.
If they want changes
- Reopen the album from the review page, fix it, and send the same link again. The approval is cleared and the client approves again.
- Collect corrections in one round when you can. Each round is a new approval.
- Once the order is paid the album cannot be reopened.
