Terms of purchase

Ordering

You design an album in the editor and order it for yourself or for your client. Prices are in US dollars and include printing, binding, the cover, engraving and standard tracked shipping to the United States and Canada. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at payment. Import duties and customs charges, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.

Approval and changes

You can change an album before it is approved. Once the design is approved and the order is paid, it is released to production and cannot be changed or canceled for a change of mind or an error in the approved design. This does not limit your legal rights if the album is defective, incorrectly supplied or not delivered.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to print the photographs you upload, including permission from your clients where needed.

Production and delivery

Estimated production and delivery time is 30–45 calendar days from payment. This is an estimate and not a guarantee for a specific date.

Problems

If an album arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We arrange a replacement or another remedy where appropriate or required by law.
